Dr. John E. Moser is Professor of History at Ashland University, where he chairs both the Department of History and Political Science and the Master of Arts in American History and Government program. A specialist in modern European, American, and East Asian history, he has authored several books, including The Global Great Depression and the Coming of World War II, and frequently appears as a historical commentator on the History Channel’s History’s Greatest Mysteries.
