Andrea Leal

Andrea Leal is the executive director of the In Altum Program. She is also a Frederic Bastiat Fellow at the Mercatus Center and is an alumna of the Young Leaders Program at Heritage Foundation. She is currently pursuing an MA in religious studies at the University of Chicago. She went to law school in Monterrey, Mexico, where she graduated from Tec de Monterrey after spending a year at Yale University as a visiting international student.
