Caleb Johnson

Caleb Johnson is a principal and co-founder of Harbor Policy, LLC and Harbor Macro Strategies, LLC. Before founding Harbor, Caleb worked at AQR Capital Management, one of the world’s largest quantitative investment managers, and at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he helped lead its Transnational Threats program. Prior to CSIS, he worked at the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), a DC think tank focused on regulatory reform.

He serves on the board of directors of the Hamilton Lincoln Law Institute, a non-profit public interest law firm that has won tens of millions of dollars for consumers and shareholders, setting legal precedents that safeguard consumers and investors.

He lives in DC with his wife, Alexa, and their cat, Pretzel. They attend McLean Presbyterian Church.
