Carl Rehberg

Carl Rehberg, Col (USAF-ret), Ph.D., is a 35-year veteran of the USAF. He is an Assistant Professor at Liberty University (Online), Helms School of Government, focusing on ethics and national security. Col (ret) Rehberg helped found the USAF Academy Center for Character Development in 1993. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado at Denver (1999) and was a Harvard National Security Fellow (2001-2002).
