Timothy Jemal

Timothy “Tim” Jemal is an entrepreneur and experienced CEO of multiple for profit and nonprofit organizations. He is the President of Global ARM, www.globalarm.org.

Tim has over 30 years of experience promoting democracy and freedom in central and eastern Europe. Previously, Tim has served as an adjunct faculty member at the American University of Armenia (AUA). He was a founding Board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia.

In the 1990s, Tim served as Chairman of the Central and East European Coalition (CEEC). CEEC was one of the first organizations to support NATO expansion to Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

Tim is an elected Trustee of the South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD). He is President of the Board of Trustees of SOCCCD which serves more than 40,000 students per year, employs over 2,500 faculty and staff and has a budget of nearly $1 billion.
