Since 1948, every flare-up of the Israel-Arab conflict has produced a worse situation for the Palestinians. Only a lasting peace settlement that acknowledges Israel’s right to exist can stop the cycle.

Christian realists must hold in tension that justice requires returning Ukraine to its pre-invasion borders, but that this may prove to be impossible

So long as Israel is threatened by violent resistance in the name of a Palestinian state, there will be no peace in the Middle East
